Develop BMS software databases per interpretation of engineering documents and project specifications. Design, configure, program and commission systems which utilize pneumatic / electrical / electronic technology as defined by the project specification. Provide project management for jobs from start to finish. Serve as Project Manager in engineering turnover meeting. Project manage the start up and installation phases of assigned projects. Create project submission packages. Maintain accurate As-Built drawing package and makes changes in Visio, Excel, Word. Configure operator workstations and all required software. Responsible for basic system diagnostics from controllers to sensors, loading software, graphics, interfacing with third party systems. Perform site specific training for owner/operator on the total system. Communicate effectively with the general, electrical and mechanical contractors, consultants, architect engineers and other sub-contractors. Serve as technical resource and assist sales in development of cost estimate on complex projects. Manage site work force to enhance system installation timeliness (ie installation drawings, up to date plans, etc.) Represent Automated Logic during system demonstration for Customer and building inspectors. Troubleshoot various electrical and or mechanical systems using field drawings and measurement devices. Attend site project meetings. Recommend and or design onsite modifications with Digital, Electric, Electronic and Pneumatic control systems or components. Document any field modifications. Maintain complete understanding of Automated Logic design drawings, contract plans and specifications on all assigned projects.
Maintain and service DDC and HVAC/R mechanical accounts in New York's Southern Tier Area.
Maintain, service and repair all refrigeration equipment park-wide including restaurant refrigeration, life support chillers and main park chillers. Also transferred into SeaWorld's Audio Dept., worked in Recording Studio and mixed live sound for shows.
Service and maintain HVAC/refrigeration equipment at all WalMart stores located in my district to include 21 stores in Central Florida. Schedule, budget and oversee HVAC/R contractors throughout the state of Florida.
